Birder Diary is a personal bird-watching diary. You may use the app for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content (photos, notes) you add to the app.
Species identification is provided by AI and is for reference only. Results may be inaccurate. Do not rely on identification results for scientific, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
You sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Apple ID credentials.
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Birder Diary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your photos and content remain yours.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that identification results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. All local data will be removed upon uninstallation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
